If through the play-offs it achieves qualification for EURO 2024, the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be in the group E. It will have the following national teams for its opponents: Belgium, Slovakia, Romania.

Group A: Germany, Scotland, Hungary, Switzerland.
Group B: Spain, Croatia, Italy, Albania.
Group C: Slovenia, Denmark, Serbia, England.
Group D: Play-off A winner (Poland, Estonia, Wales, or Finland), Netherlands, Austria, France.
Group E: Belgium, Slovakia, Romania, Play-off B winner (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Israel, or Iceland).
Group F: Turkey, Play-off C winner (Georgia, Luxembourg, Greece, or Kazakhstan), Portugal, Czechia.
Bosnia and Herzegovina will play with Ukraine in the play-off semi-finals on 21st March 2024. If they make it to the finals, the Dragons will have the winner of the match-pair Israel-Iceland as their opponent on 26th March.
