Full Stadium Expected – Fans Recognize Our Hard Work

As part of today’s media activities for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s national "A" team, trainer Ninoslav Milenković and player Ermin Bičakčić spoke to the press.

Milenković said about the team’s preparations and the upcoming opponent: "We’re satisfied with how preparations are going, everything's going according to plan. The players are highly motivated. We’ve had a few minor issues, which is normal with such intense training, but at the moment, everyone is ready and available. We expect the same on Saturday, and hope to achieve our goal. It’s clear that people see us as favorites, and we carry that responsibility. However, we approach every opponent as if they’re the strongest team in the world because that’s the only way to secure a positive result. The stadium will be full for the match with San Marino, which shows that fans recognized the work we’re putting in. We hope this trend continues in the future."

Bičakčić said: "On paper, we’re the favorites, and we're going to accept that. What matters is that we approach this game seriously and get the job done in the best possible way. There’s no reason to take any opponent lightly. This match is just as important as every other one, and we need three points. Of course, our goal is to win."

The team will hold a training session today at 15:00 in Butmir.
