Instead of Kolašinac, the head coach Robert Prosinečki subsequently invited Bojan Nastić, who would join the BH national team on Saturday.
“I’m on my way to Sarajevo, but today I talked to Kolašinac, who informed me that he had a problem with his knee, so we decided for him not to come to roll-call, but to undergo therapy. Instead, I invited Nastić”, Prosinečki said, adding that after the match, the medical teams of Arsenal and the BiH national team exchanged information on the status of his injury.
Kolašinac will miss matches against Finland and Italy due to problems with internal collateral knee ligament.
