No goals at Grbavica

The “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina drew 0:0 today at the “Grbavica” in a friendly match with Montenegro.

The BH team had its first opportunity in 4th minute. First, the Montenegrin defenders blocked the attempt of Adi Nalić, and in the continuation of the action, Darko Todorović sent the ball over the goal.

The guests fought back in the 12th minute when Žarko Tomašević hit the crossbar.

Vladimir Jovović crossed from the right in the 23rd minute, and the captain of Montenegro, Fatos Beqiraj, headed the ball next to the goal from the five-meter area.

Nalić had a new opportunity in the 26th minute, he shot diagonally from the left side, but he was not precise.

The Dragons had the next chance in the 32nd minute. Nalić crossed from the left, Rade Krunić shot with his head, but the goalkeeper of Montenegro Miloš Dragojević intervened well and bounced the ball into the corner.

Also in the second half, the Dragons threatened first. Eldar Ćivić evaded his keeper on the left side, but he shot over the goal.

Amir Hadžiahmetović tried from a distance in the 62nd minute, and Dragojević stopped his shot.

Montenegro had a great opportunity in the 71st minute, but Ibrahim Šehić was up to the task after the shots of Marko Janković and Milutin Osmajić.

Hadžiahmetović took a corner from the right in the 90th minute, and Luka Menalo was not precise from the five-meter area.

Today, Aleksandar Jovičić, Adi Nalić, Damir Sadiković and Jusuf Gazibegović played for the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time.
