The Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina informs all fans to pay special attention, when arriving for the upcoming match, to the rules regarding ticket validity and stadium entry procedures. In order to ensure better organization and safety for all attendees, please follow the instructions below and prepare your tickets and personal ID documents in advance.

In this regard, we inform all BiH national team supporters planning to come to Zenica for the match with Italy on March 31, 2026 of the following:

1. A ticket is valid only if purchased through the Event.ba system or via FFBiH. Any other purchase is illegal and you’ll be denied entry to the stadium. Therefore, we warn all fans not to buy tickets through other platforms, as they’ll be canceled.
2. A ticket is valid only if it contains the full name of the ticket holder; any other formats (e.g., X.R., S.M., R.S.) aren’t valid, and holders of such tickets will be denied entry.
3. Checks will be carried out both at entrances and in outer perimeter zones around the stadium, so please respect the rules and have your ID and ticket ready in time to avoid congestion at the gates.
4. All tickets bought through other platforms have been canceled.
5. Gates open at 18:00.
