After the surgery that required a longer recovery, Prosinečki felt good, but at the doctors’ recommendation, it is still necessary to rest.

“I thank everyone who sent support messages and a desire for my quick recovery in the past period. I am particularly grateful to the surgical team, M. Dr Samir Muhović, MSc. Dr Jusuf Šabanović, and the management and staff of the Clinical Centre for the attention they gave me during my stay in the hospital”, said Prosinečki.

The head coach will stay in Sarajevo for the next few days, but he will not be available for media statements.
