On this occasion, the media representatives were addressed by the head coach Robert Prosinečki and the national team player Haris Duljević.

“We expect two matches, and at the first, three players will farewell from the national football jersey, who gave a lot to Bosnia and Herzegovina football. The term is in an awkward moment, at the end of the season, when the players are tired. Nevertheless, we need these matches for additional play”, Prosinečki says, adding:

“Begović will not come, because of private problems, and we were earlier informed that Kolašinac was injured. The others are here and ready for these two matches. We will not have much more checks before official matches and we need to take seriously the match with Montenegro. We’ll do our best and after that, guys can go on a well-deserved vacation. The players have a lot of games behind and we are all glad that the vast majority of our players are standard in their clubs.”

The head coach expects of players maximum engagement:

“Regardless of the fact that the matches are friendly, it is important to achieve good results, because it positively influences the atmosphere. We will insist on seriousness and I believe that this will be a good check for both national teams. Montenegro has quality and made good results in qualifications, so it’s good that they are just our opponents.”

Haris Duljević expects to win in the upcoming matches:

“I played a dream season. I did not have a lot of oscillations in the game; I was on a very high level. Now, I am in the national team where the atmosphere is excellent. We have to dedicate maximum attention to the obligations that are ahead of us, because there is no bigger thing for the athlete but to perform for his national selection. We will give the maximum in both matches and I believe we will win. It’s up to us to work and prepare for the Nations League, where we want to glad the nation and qualify to the next European Championship.”

The national team players will attend the manifestation of the Elections of the Best Individuals of the FF BH League Competitions at the “Austria & Bosnia” Hotel at 19:30 h.

Tomorrow at 17:00 h the same hotel is planned the press release, and at 18:00 h, the players will conduct their first training session at the TC FK Sarajevo in Butmir. The training session will be open to media representatives for the first 15 minutes.
