The “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will compete in League A, and before the draw, it was placed in the fourth seeded group with Israel, Serbia, and Scotland. The first seeded group consists of Spain, Croatia, Italy, and the Netherlands, the second is Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, and Hungary, and the current group is Switzerland, Germany, Poland, and France.
The first-ranked and second-ranked teams from the groups in League A will qualify for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Nations League. The third-ranked national teams will play a play-off to stay in League A against the second-ranked teams from League B groups, while the fourth-ranked teams from League A will be relegated to League B.
