Ajdin Nukić, captain of FK Tuzla City, is one of the players who were on the “A” list of the national team for the first time.
“Of course, my dream was to play for the national team and thank the head coach for the invitation. Coming to this gathering is something special for me. My good games this season have been rewarded and I hope to play in the next matches, to have the opportunity to represent my country. I will do my best to use every minute of the game I get in the best possible way”, says Nukić and continues:
“I am also glad to see that the players from the Premier League get a place in the national team. It is an indicator that our competition is progressing. There are quality players with whom the Premier League has bounced to a higher level. I hope for mutual progress in the future, both of national teams and domestic competitions.”
Nukić is very optimistic about the next matches:
“We are seriously preparing for the matches; we don’t care that they are friendly. All the players who came to this gathering want to show quality. We can’t wait for the matches, especially the debutants. The desire and motive of each of us to show what we know is obvious. We will do our best and I believe that we will achieve victories against Montenegro and Denmark.”
