The head coach of our best national team stated:

“We said goodbye to the three giants, which is a big deal. They gave a lot to the BH football and we are glad that we were part of this. Regarding the match, it certainly did not come in the best time, but there were no other dates. We had more chances in the first half, we dominated. All in all, we can be satisfied with one part. We have space and time for the Nations League and we will certainly make further progress.”

Prosinečki answered the journalists’ question about the performance of Todorović and Nastić:

“They played well and we got one more width in the team with the two of them. We can be satisfied with their performances, they did their best. Todorović made many problems to the opponents in attacking, but he was also defensively good.”

Miralem Pjanić said that he was honoured to have played with Misimović, Spahić and Ibišević:

“It was a great honour for me to play with these players. They gave a lot for this national team. They left a big trail in the BH football and earned this kind of farewell. We had many chances against Montenegro, but we felt tired. There is now a trip to South Korea. It will not be easy, but it’s up to us to do our best.”

Darko Todorović stated:

“I am happy to have played with the players, whom so far I had the opportunity to watch only on TV. The feeling is fantastic. I’m sorry we did not win, but we can be happy with the game.”
