Željezničar took the lead in the 15' via Dženan Šabić, who finished off a great assist from Bakir Karić. Just five minutes later, Šabić assisted Afan Fočo for 2:0. The third goal came in the 22' courtesy of Zlatan Zeničanin, again assisted by Šabić.
Both sides scored once in the second half. Sanin Mešić got Željezničar’s fourth in the 68', before Aimar Balić netted a consolation goal for Borac from a free kick in the 86'.
Medals for the finalists and the winner’s trophy were presented by Dušan Marković and Ivan Frljić, the first and second vice presidents of the FFBiH Competitions Committee.
