Branislav Krunić Named New U-21 Coach, Sejad Salihović First Assistant

At today's meeting of the FFBiH Urgency Committee, Branislav Krunić was appointed as head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina men's national under-21 team.

The former national team player, who made 6 appearances for our country, was born on January 28 1979 in Trebinje. In his coaching career so far, Krunić has led Željezničar Banja Luka, Krupa, Leotar, Borac, and BSK.

His first assistant will be another former national team player, Sejad Salihović, who had a successful playing career with clubs including Hertha BSC, TSG Hoffenheim, BJ Renhe, FC St. Gallen, Hamburger SV and SW Frankenthal.

Previously appointed to the U-21 coaching staff were Samir Muratović, Draženko Bogdan, Amir Spahić, Zoran Sofrenić (goalkeeper coach), Muhamed Berberović (analyst) and Semir Čilić (fitness coach).
