Members of the Board discussed important issues regarding the FFBiH's work and activities for the upcoming period. One of the key decisions concerns the sale of the building owned by FFBiH (the former administrative headquarters in Ferhadija Street). By selling the old building through a public tender to the company KAPITAL BH d.o.o. Sarajevo for 4,555,000.00 KM, the Federation has the opportunity for further investments in infrastructure projects. Funds from the sale will be used specifically for revitalization and reconstruction of existing Federation-owned facilities, as well as construction of new ones in the future.
The draft Income and Expenditure Plan for 2026 was adopted, along with the decision on the winter registration period for amateur players at all competition levels within FFBiH (set from February 2 to March 13 2026). A decision was also adopted on amendments to the BiH U-19 Premier Youth League Competition Regulations for the 2025/26 season.
New members were appointed to the Competitions Committee and the Players’ Status and Transfer Committee, as well as a project manager for infrastructure projects. Decisions were made to amend the list of delegates for the 2025/26 Wwin League BiH and to amend the list of safety and security coordinators for the same competition. The session also approved the formation of an ad hoc Committee for International Relations and granted consent for SC FA representative Fuad Čolpa to attend Executive Board sessions strictly by invitation and without voting rights.
Due to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee decision (No. FDD-26056) dated January 9 2026, ordering partial stadium closure for the next qualifying match, FFBiH must reduce the number of commercial tickets for the playoff in Zenica on March 31 2026. The sanction was imposed following incidents at the FIFA World Cup qualifier Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Romania match. The ruling requires closure of at least 20% of available seats, primarily behind the goals. As a result, the South stand blocks B, C, and D will be fully closed (1508 seats), along with part of the West stand (first three rows, 592 seats), totaling 2100 seats unavailable for this crucial match.
