Today, the decision of the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) from Lausanne was delivered to the FF BH, based on the appeals of FK “Velež” Mostar and Šemsudin Hasić to the decisions of the BH FF Appeals Commission.
Dealing with the case, and within its jurisdiction, the International Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne made the decision, rejecting the appeal of FK “Velež” Mostar in its entirety. Šemsudin Hasić, as a responsible person in the club, is declared guilty of violating Article 59, paragraph 1 of the BH FF Disciplinary Regulations, and is obliged to pay a fine in the amount of 2,000 KM.
The costs of the arbitration procedure following the appeal against the decision of the BH FF Appeals Commission are fully borne by FK “Velež” Mostar. The club is obliged to pay the amount of 2,500 CHF to the account of the BH FF. The International Court of Arbitration for Sport rejected in its entirety the claims of Šemsudin Hasić and FK “Velež” Mostar for financial compensation.
