The event “Sportsman of the Year of BH in 2018”, organized by “Nezavisne Novine” (“Independent Newspapers”), was held at the Holiday Hotel in Sarajevo last night, under the auspices of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The best athlete in our country for 2018 is the captain of the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the attacker of Rome, Edin Džeko.
For the best team, the football national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina was declared, and Zvjezdan Misimović received the award on behalf of FF BH.
The head coach of HŠK Zrinjski, the current club champion of the BH Premier League, Blaž Slišković, was declared as the best coach.
The best female athlete is a Larisa Cerić, the judo.
