On May 27th, the FFBIH club licensing second instance body had a meeting where they discussed FK Borac, NK Celik, FK Slavija, NK Zvijezda Gradacac and FK Sloboda's appeals regarding earlier Premier League competition license denials.
Therefore, second instance body has decided:
- NK Celik Zenica – licence for BIH Premier league season 2015/16 has been approved;
- NK Zvijezda Gradacac – licence for BIH Premier league season 2015/16 has been approved;
- FK Slavija Sarajevo – licence for BIH Premier league season 2015/16 has been approved, however the club has to settle their financial liabilities until July 10th 2015 otherwise according to club licensing regulations, FFBIH will with withdraw the license for all domestic competitions.
- FK Borac Banja Luka – licence for BIH Premier league season 2015/16 has been approved, however the club has to settle their financial liabilities until July 10th 2015 otherwise according to club licensing regulations, FFBIH will with withdraw the license for all domestic competitions.
- FK Sloboda Tuzla – licence for BIH Premier league season 2015/16 has been approved, however the club has to settle their financial liabilities until July 10th 2015 otherwise according to club licensing regulations, FFBIH will with withdraw the license for all domestic competitions.
Second instance committee has filed a disciplinary report for those clubs that failed to delivered the necessary paperwork. FFBIH club licensing administration will inform UEFA on approved and denied licenses for season of 2015/16 on, or before May 29th 2015.
During the licensing procedure, club licensing department provided the necessary support to all Premier League clubs via seminars, detailed instructions, and dedicated meetings with club representatives, all in order to help the clubs fulfill necessary criteria.
Football clubs which were granted licenses for UEFA competitions for season 2015/16 will be subjected to permanent financial monitoring starting June 30th until July 15th, during which the affected clubs will have to legally prove they successfully met all financial obligations (towards players and their contracts, state, employees, and other football clubs) for 1H/2015, and later for Q3/2015 should the problems arise. Failing to fulfill the financial obligations, UEFA club financial control body (CFCB) will take disciplinary actions accorting to financial and club licensing regulations.
In April 2015, FFBIH general assembly made a decision to reduce the number of Premier League club to twelve, starting from season 2016/17. With that in mind, FFBIH club licensing department will take necessary steps for upcoming season 2015/16, and prepare a detailed analysis of accurate, reference and measurable data collected from previous competition seasons in order to improve clubs' performance and quality, and the department itself.
