Before training, Tarik Muharemović and Mladen Jurkas spoke to the reporters.
Muharemović: "It's truly a wonderful feeling and a great source of pride that we've made history once again. As always, what's ahead of us is a fight in which we'll give 300 percent with all our heart. We're going for the result that will allow us to stay in the tournament and continue our World Cup journey. We know what kind of national team the United States has. However, every team at the World Cup has quality. We've analyzed all of their players and know what awaits us."
Jurkas: "My dream has come true. The longer I'm here, the more my dreams keep coming true, and I have no reason to complain. I'm really enjoying every moment here. This result didn't happen by chance. We talk a lot among the goalkeepers, we spend the most time together, and I hope I'll follow the same path they have. The atmosphere within the team is fantastic. It's no coincidence that we've achieved this historic success. Now we're preparing for the United States, and we're going there to spoil their plans."
The Dragons will complete another training session tomorrow morning before departing later in the day for San Jose, where they'll continue preparations for the FIFA World Cup Round of 32 game against the United States.
