- FK Velež vs. HŠK Posušje
- In the 4’, after a through ball to the visiting attacker, he got to it first and played it, while the home goalkeeper made illegal contact inside the box. The referee didn’t call a foul at first, but after a justified VAR intervention and OFR review, he watched the replay and correctly awarded a penalty to the visiting team. Still, the fact that the penalty wasn’t given immediately represents an error by the referee.
- In the 45+5’, after a teammate’s pass, the home attacker illegally handled the ball, which then went to another teammate who scored. Although the referee was in the expected position, he couldn’t see the handball and initially awarded the goal. After a justified VAR intervention and OFR review, the referee correctly disallowed the goal for handball.
- FK Sloga vs. FK Željezničar
- In the 9’, after a free kick from the left, a home goal was correctly disallowed because of offside. VAR’s intervention was fully justified.
