The seminar covered topics related to the analysis of delegates’ work at the Wwin League BiH matches, the BiH Under-19 Premier Youth League, and the BiH Under-15 and Under-17 Premier Youth Leagues during the autumn part of the 2025/26 season. Special attention was given to instructions on performing delegate duties, as well as the regulations on criteria, evaluation, and ranking of delegates.

The program also addressed the role of officials in legal and administrative contexts, while delegates were introduced to current changes and updates in the COMET information system. The final part of the seminar was dedicated to testing delegates’ knowledge through an online exam on regulations, with emphasis on delegate obligations and duties. Results were then announced, conclusions adopted, and the seminar concluded.

Lecturers were Competitions Committee members Ivan Frljić, Dušan Marković, Mile Mandić, along with Lejla Hamza-Salihović and Faruk Brković from FFBiH administration.
