The national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will have the national teams of Switzerland, Finland and Gibraltar as its opponents in Group 7.

The qualifying tournaments will be held between 1^st July and 16^th November 2021, and the hosts and exact dates will be determined by 5^th February at the latest.

The two first-ranked teams from each of 13 qualification groups, and the four best third-ranked teams will achieve qualification for the elite round.
