Starčević said about the list:
“I hope that the new generation of players will continue where the previous one left off, primarily with the attitude towards the coat of arms of the national team, but also with the quality of performance. It will not be easy, because we have quality opponents in the group, but we hope that we will show good games and achieve the best possible results. This list includes players who have been in the youth team before, but also some U-19 national team players who deserved an invitation with their performances.”
The young national team players will gather on 22nd March at the FF BH Training Centre in Zenica. The match with Montenegro will be played at DG Arena in Podgorica on 29.03.2021 at 18:00 h.
In addition to B&H and Montenegro, Italy, Sweden, the Republic of Ireland and Luxembourg are also in qualification Group F.
