The U-21 national team players of Bosnia and Herzegovina gathered yesterday in Ilidža and have already done two training sessions as part of their preparations for the matches with their peers from Luxembourg and Italy.
The head coach Slobodan Starčević is satisfied with the way the players approach their obligations:
“All the invited guys responded and came to the preparations with good energy. Everyone is 100% dedicated to training sessions and I hope that it will remain so in the next three days. I am sure that we will be ready for the match with Luxembourg, in order to win the three desired points.”
Starčević also commented on the next opponent, the national team of Luxembourg:
“The opponent will certainly have certain changes in the line-up compared to previous matches. Some of their players were invited to the “A” team, some were injured, but we scouted most of them. We know the way they play. We will not underestimate them; we must approach as seriously as possible to reach our goal.”
The Bosnia and Herzegovina-Luxembourg match is scheduled for 25th March at 15:00 h at the Grbavica Stadium in Sarajevo.
