Bosnia and Herzegovina’s representative, the Tuzla Canton Football Association team, was defeated 1:2 by Hradec Králové (Czech Republic) at the Luke stadium in Gračanica. With this result, our team finished second in the group and did not qualify for the UEFA Regions Cup finals.

Adi Kadić scored the only goal for TC FA in the 62nd minute, while Jakub Slavik netted twice for the opposing team in 10' and 75'. TC FA ended the match with ten players after goalkeeper Nihad Kadić was shown a red card in the 84th minute.
