The duration of this role aligns with the men’s national "A" team coach’s cycle, making it easier to work continuously, monitor progress, and transition young players to the senior team. Coach Marinović will select his coaching staff in the next ten days.

As part of the planned activities for the BiH national teams, a press conference with Director Emir Spahić and new Under-21 coach Vinko Marinović will be held next week at the FFBiH headquarters. The exact date will be announced later.

The contract with former Under-21 coach Igor Janković was terminated by mutual agreement.
