For the weekend, on 6th and 7th April, the 8th international tournament “Josip Katalinski-Škija” will be held, with the participation of the U-15 teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, the City of Belgrade, and the jointly selected team of Sarajevo and East Sarajevo.
The head coach of the BH pioneers, Zoran Erbez, believes that there are quality checks ahead to his team:
“Always, with special pleasure, we approach the tournament that is organized in honour of the true legend of football from our area, Josip Katalinski. In addition, this tournament continues to bring together high-quality teams at this age, so that the BH U-15 team is expected to have two quality checks. It’s a good thing for a generation of players born in 2004, who will have qualifying matches next year too. The more checks we have, the better we will play official matches. We will have the opportunity to reassure ourselves of the quality of these guys, and in the future, we will certainly expand the base and check more candidates for this team.”
The semi-final matches are scheduled for 06.04.2019 at the Asim Ferhatović-Hase Stadium in Sarajevo, and not at the “Otoka” as originally planned. Macedonia will play vs. Sarajevo and East Sarajevo at 11:00 h, and BH vs. Belgrade at 14:00 h.
Matches for the placement are scheduled for 7th April at 11:00 h and at 14:00 h, at the “Grbavica”.
