Selver Hodžić Selected Players for Estonia and Liechtenstein

Bosnia and Herzegovina’s women’s national "A" team will gather in Zenica for European qualifiers for the 2027 FIFA World Cup, where they’ll play two matches at the FFBiH Training Center.

Head coach Selver Hodžić’s team will face Estonia on March 3 at 13:00, while the match against Liechtenstein is scheduled for March 7 at 13:00.

The following players have been called up for the upcoming qualifiers: Somea Položen (FC Nordsjælland, Denmark), Iman Dumanjić (ŽNK Split, Croatia), Hana Karačić (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Nina Brnić (ŽNK Hajduk, Croatia), Samra Muhić (Arna Bjørnar, Norway), Emma Veletanlić (SSC Napoli, Italy), Melisa Hasanbegović (Al-Ula Club, Saudi Arabia), Aldina Hamzić (RB Salzburg, Austria), Ena Šabanagić (Panathinaikos, Greece), Gloria Slišković (HSV, Germany), Selma Kapetanović (Al-Ula Club, Saudi Arabia), Lana Radulović (ŽFK Spartak, Serbia), Marija Ana Milinković (FC Inter, Italy), Marija Aleksić (Beşiktaş J.K., Turkey), Elma Husić (ŽF/NK Emina Mostar), Emina Ekić (Lexington Sporting Club, USA), Una Rankić (FC Basel, Switzerland), Andrea Čule (ŽF/NK Emina Mostar), Sofija Krajšumović (WFC CSKA, Russia), Minela Gačanica (PAOK, Greece), Andrea Grebenar (FC Lokomotiv Moscow, Russia), Milena Nikolić (WFC CSKA, Russia), and Vina Crnoja (RB Salzburg, Austria).

The extended roster includes: Đula Velagić (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Maja Hrelja (Górnik Łęczna, Poland), Nikolina Milović (Giresun, Turkey), Nina Garibija (Djurgårdens IF, Sweden), Ajla Zukić (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Mia Karišik (Örgryte IS), Milica Denda (ŽF/NK Emina Mostar), Indira Faković (ŽFK Budućnost Podgorica, Montenegro).

Head coach Selver Hodžić said ahead of the qualifiers: "We’re entering a new qualifying cycle with a clear goal – to raise the level of our team’s performances and results. We take every match seriously, regardless of the opponent’s ranking. Estonia and Liechtenstein are teams that fight and continue to improve, and we know demanding matches await us. We have a quality roster, with players in good form at their clubs across Europe and around the world. I believe that through training and solid preparation we’ll be ready and motivated for these games. We’re playing at home in Zenica and want to make the most of it, with support from the stands."

The team will gather on February 26.
