Our best football players will train today at 17:00 h.
Head coach Samira Hurem expects the team to continue a series of positive results in the Nations League:
“We saw on Friday when we play with the Czech Republic on our pitch, how high-quality that team is. On the other hand, we also showed strength and deservedly won. Now we are playing away and for sure it will be even more difficult. Unfortunately, Marija Aleksić and Maja Jelčić will not be with us, but Ena Šabanagić and Gloria Slišković, who are also important players for us, are returning to the team. After good results in the previous part of the competition, the atmosphere in the team is superb. I hope that we will continue in the same rhythm and get new points.”
Captain Milena Nikolić points out that the BH team confidently will deal with the next match:
“I expect the match in the Czech Republic to be difficult and uncertain until the very end, just like in our first match three days ago. The Czech Republic has the home field advantage, but considering that we came out victorious against them on Friday and that we are the only team that did not experience defeat in this group, that gives us the right to go to this away match full of confidence. We used these three days to rest as much as possible, prepare and correct some mistakes that happened in the first match. Accordingly, we welcome tomorrow’s match in a good mood. I believe in my team. I am sure that the girls will once again give their best on the pitch, that we will continue a series of good games, to come out of this match undefeated.”
The Czech Republic-Bosnia and Herzegovina match is scheduled for tomorrow at 17:00 h.
