Assistant coach Ilija Lucić spoke about preparations for the upcoming game: “After the match with Estonia we had a short recovery period, but also enough time to prepare properly for the next game. The players are motivated and aware of the importance of every match in these qualifiers. Liechtenstein didn’t start the qualifying campaign in the best way, suffering a heavy defeat to Lithuania. However, that won’t mislead us, as we approach every opponent very seriously. Our goal is to maintain the good rhythm from the first match, stay disciplined, and achieve a positive result.”

Official media activities ahead of the second round game in Group C1 of the 2027 World Cup qualifiers against Liechtenstein will be held tomorrow, March 6, at the FFBiH Training Center in Zenica. The team will practice at 10:30, while the press conference is scheduled for 12:15. Head coach Selver Hodžić and two players will address the media.

Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Liechtenstein will be played on March 7 at 13:00 at the Zenica Training Center. Admission is free, and the match will be broadcast on Arena Sport TV.
