In the derby match, SFK Libero will host Mostar's Emina on October 20 at 15:30 at the Midhat Drljević stadium in Goražde.
The home team's coach, Emir Sarajlić, said ahead of the game: "Emina is certainly the second-best team in the Women's Premier League, right behind SFK 2000, and in that regard, they deserve great respect. On the other hand, football wouldn't be interesting if the team that's a favorite on paper always won. In that light, we're welcoming the match against Emina with a strong desire to achieve a good result. We'll do everything, of course, within the scope of fair play, to make that happen."
Libero player Branka Cvijetić expects a quality match: "We're still in the lower part of the table, and every match is important for us, but we believe, and have shown so far, that we can play evenly with anyone. With that in mind, we expect a good match, and with a good team approach, I'm sure we can achieve a positive result."
Coach in Emina's coaching staff, Irena Bjelica, stated: "We have a challenging match ahead of us this weekend, where we'll be visiting SFK Libero, known for their fighting spirit and solid play. We're aware it will be a tough and dynamic match, but our goal remains the same - to give our best and fight for a win. I believe in every one of our players, in their commitment, desire, and fighting spirit. I'm sure they'll show it on the field."
Mostar team's player Lorena Čondra shared a similar view: "The match against Libero will definitely be tough and demanding, but we believe in our quality, and we'll do everything we can to achieve our goal and fight for three points."
Two matches of the 8th round will be played on Saturday, October 19, at 15:00. Iskra will host Leotar in Bugojno, while SFK 2000 Sarajevo will welcome Sloboda in Hrasnica.
