In the match of the round, SFK 2000 Sarajevo will host ŽFK Radnik BetOle at the Otoka stadium in Sarajevo. The game is scheduled for Sunday, November 16 at 18:00.
You’ll be able to follow the match live on FFBiH’s official YouTube channel. Below are statements from both teams ahead of Sunday’s derby:
Valentin Plavčić, SFK 2000 Sarajevo head coach: "We’re in good form and pleased with how the players are working in training. We’re up against Radnik, who’ve had a string of positive results and have shown they can play good, organized football. Our goal is to impose our style, stay disciplined on the pitch, and pick up more points."
Andrea Gavrić, SFK 2000 Sarajevo player: "We’re going into this match with a lot of confidence, but also with respect for Radnik, who’ve shown their quality. It’s on us to stay focused, do what we’ve worked on during the week, and bring out the energy we’re known for. I believe we’ll give our best in front of our fans and achieve another win."
Dragan Jevtić, head coach of ŽFK Radnik BetOle: "SFK 2000 have been the best team in the league for many years and we respect that, but we’re coming to Sarajevo determined to show everything that’s brought us to second place on the table, which we currently share with Emina. We played a rescheduled match against them on Wednesday, and despite the 0:2 result in SFK’s favor, I’m satisfied with what we showed. We’re in good form, the girls are working great, and I believe we’ve got the capacity to play another mature and disciplined match. It won’t be easy, the tempo SFK sets is high and we’ll need to be compact, tough, and smart in all phases of the game. I expect a good match and a real test for our team."
Vesna Njeguš, ŽFK Radnik BetOle player: "Playing against SFK 2000 is always a special challenge and extra motivation. We know how strong they are, but we also know we’ve been improving with every round. The atmosphere in the team is excellent. In the rescheduled Round 4 match two days ago, we played well against them even though the result was 2:0 in their favor. Our goal is to repeat that level of play and give our maximum in every duel. If we believe in ourselves from the first minute and stick to the plan, we can hope for a positive result."
