Apart from BH national team and Italy, the national teams of Slovenia and North Macedonia will participate in the tournament.
Considering that at the same time the UEFA WU-16 development tournament is being held in Lithuania, instead of the head coach Ilija Lucić, his assistant Alisa Spahić will lead the BH team in Italy from the bench.

The players will gather on 25th April at the BH FF Training Centre in Zenica. Bosnia and Herzegovina will play the first match of the tournament against Slovenia on 29th April at 17:00 h.
