Convincing victory as a result of quality work

After yesterday’s match and a good opening of the qualifying mini-tournament, the women’s U-19 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina had a walk and exercise in Mostar in the morning.

The mood in the team is good after the victory, and the coach in the technical staff of our women’s junior national team, Elma Basara, points out that everyone has shifted their focus to the preparation for the next match with Estonia.

“Everything is going according to plan and we did yesterday’s match in the best way. We are satisfied with the work and commitment of the players to their obligations from the very beginning of the preparations. The fruit of such work is yesterday’s convincing victory. The next match that we will play in two days is already in our heads. Today we did recovery training, and tomorrow we will do another training session. We want to continue in this rhythm and we are sure that we will be at the level once again against Estonia and that we will win three new points”, says Basara.

Goalkeeper Josipa Radoš expects to win in the next match as well:

“Although we were in the complete line-up only at the last training before the match, we did the preparations very well. I believe that we fulfilled what the head coach and his associates asked of us and we were ready to welcome the start of the tournament, which we opened in the best possible way. We are only interested in victories and I am sure that we will do the upcoming match against Estonia properly. This team has quality and we can do a lot of good things in the future.”

National team player Amra Omeragić said:

“The first match is behind us and a high victory was achieved. We expected stronger resistance from the opponents and our approach in the match with Armenia was at a high level. We are all satisfied with the game and the achieved result. We are the favourite in the group and we expect to do great things in the next matches as well. We have quality and a good atmosphere in the team, so all the preconditions for good results are met.”
