BiH head coach Jelena Milović was satisfied with our team's performance at the tournament: “I congratulate the players on a well-deserved first place in the group and on the way they played throughout the tournament. After falling behind early today, they showed character, patience, and quality, managing to turn the score around and secure the win. Throughout the tournament the team was disciplined, united, and had a strong desire to succeed, which makes us particularly happy. This is a good confirmation of our work and I believe matches like these will be very useful in further preparation for the challenges ahead, namely our participation in the final tournament of the European Championship.”
Our team will participate in this year’s Euro as hosts, and finishing first in the group also secured a place in League A for the next qualifying cycle.
