The head coach Ilija Lucić points out that the opponents in the group are of good quality:
“We have started preparations for the tournament where we will have high quality opponents. England is certainly the favourite in the group, and Belgium is also a strong national team. Croatia is also not an underestimation team, so there are no easy opponents in these qualifications. We have a fight ahead. We want to qualify for the elite round and we will do our best to make it happen. It would be a great success for women’s football in B&H, if, after the junior team, the cadet team also qualifies for the elite qualification phase.”
