The guests reached the advantage already in the 2nd minute. Neva Kualić shot well from the edge of the penalty area, and the ball declined from the crossbar to the net of Nikolina Todorić.
The advantage of Slovenia was doubled in the 25th minute. Jana Intihar passed from the right side and threw the ball to the BH penalty area, but Dušica Lukić turned the ball from 5 meters to her own net for 0:2.
The BH team had its first chance in the 31st minute. Sofija Krajšumović passed the ball from the right side to Marija Damjanović who, from 16-meter distance, hit the crossbar of Pia Božić.
The Slovenians scored their third goal in the 54th minute. Ana Milović entered the penalty area of the BH team and sent the ball from the left into the net.
Intihar once again came through well on the right in the 74th minute and threw the ball to the five-meter area, where Kim Juršnik was the highest in the jump and scored by her head for the final 0:4.
At the end of the match, the BH team head coach, Dragan Jevtić, stated:
“We started preparations for what we are waiting for in October, and these are the qualifications for the European Championship. These girls are the best we currently have at this age. We missed a few players from abroad, but that’s no reason to complain. We knew that Slovenia had a good team and they showed it today. In another two days, we expect another match and we will have to eliminate some of the mistakes that we made today. I hope we will succeed in that.”
BH and Slovenia will play the second friendly match at the Training Camp on 20th June at 11:00 h.
