The players selected by Ilija Lucić have already completed two training sessions, and the next one is planned for this evening at 18:00 h.
“All players responded and all of them are ready for the obligations that they expect. A large number of invited girls participated in this tournament last year too, when we were very close to win the first place. It was then won by the team of Albania, which played with one year older players. In this regard, this year we can rightly hope to make a step forward and get to the trophy. This is pre-selection for the cadet age of 17, and the most important thing is to prepare players for what they will be faced with in the U-17 team”, said the head coach Lucić.
The team members will depart for Montenegro tomorrow morning, where they will play their first match with Serbia on 23rd June at 18:00 h.
