Women's National U-16 Team Beats Slovenia

The second round of the UEFA Development Tournament for women's under-16 teams was played in Hadžići today. The Bosnia and Herzegovina national team defeated Slovenia with a score of 3-1.

In the first half, Slovenia held the lead with 0-1, but in the second half, our team turned the game around by scoring three goals: Tamara Vukelić was the first to hit the net in the 57th minute, while Ana Jurić scored the other two goals in the 71st minute and during stoppage time.

BiH lineup: Ariana Hafizović, Marija Mihaela Maslać (57' Lamija Bjelica), Ana Dumančić, Ana Daničić (85' Jovana Filipović), Ana Jurić, Uma Hadžihajdarević (59' Emilia Halilhodžić), Hana Mešan (46' Marija Maksimović), Ivana Dumančić (46' Hana Karačić), Emma Dervišević (46' Tamara Vukelić), Petra Kurešević (46' Jelena Blagojević), Nađa Cerić (46' Amina Krpo).

In the second match of the tournament, Ukraine bested North Macedonia 4-0. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine each have 6 points after two rounds, while North Macedonia and Slovenia have no points.

Our national team will face Ukraine in the third round on April 22nd at 10:00, and on the same day, the match between Slovenia and North Macedonia will take place at 12:00 PM.
