Women’s U-19 national team qualified for the qualifying League A

The women’s U-19 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina beat their peers from Estonia 1:0 in the Ethnic Village of Stanišići in the 3rd round of qualifying Group B2 for EURO 2024.

With this victory, Dragan Jevtić’s team took first place in the group and qualified for the A division.

The young She-Dragons won with an own goal by Vanessa Grutop in the 63rd minute of the match. In an uncertain match with several chances on both sides, our girls showed character and a greater desire to win, which ultimately resulted in a triumph.

The BH team performed in the following line-up: Iman Dumanjić, Dalal Bratović (67th, Samra Muhić), Jelena Pavlinović, Rajna Tešić (83rd, Delayla Lilly Batanović), Nina Brnić, Kristina Tekić ( 83rd, Lamija Oštraković), Ivona Benković (92nd, Tamara Blagojević), Nina Garibija, Jovana Novaković (67th, Nina Pupić), Lana Radulović, Edina Avdić.

Bosnia and Herzegovina took first place in Group B2 with a maximum of 6 points, ahead of Estonia, which won 3, and Gibraltar, which finished the qualification without points.
