WU-16 Team Loses to Greece

The Bosnia and Herzegovina women's national under-16 team lost 1:4 to Greece yesterday in Ugljevik, in Round 2 of the UEFA Development Tournament.

Marija Maksimović scored the only goal for BiH in the 7'. Georgia Anna Grigoropoulou scored twice for Greece, while Ioanna Bataoula and Eirini Anastasia Askaridou each added one.

Coach Ivan Kvesić's lineup: Hana Karačić, Lamija Bjelica (66' Džana Šuta), Ana Dumančić, Sajra Omerinović (46' Anja Marjanović), Marija Maksimović, Hana Mešan (46' Matea Radojčić), Marija Šekarić (66' Iris Brkić), Jelena Blagojević (46' Nurija Hodžić), Petra Šutalo (46' Teodora Novaković), Neda Miladinović (87' Emilia Halilhodžić), Nedžma Salamović (73' Lara Ljoljić).

In the other match, Andorra defeated Moldova 4:1. Greece leads the table with 6 points, followed by BiH (3), Andorra (3), and Moldova (0).

The third round is set for May 7 at the stadium in Ugljevik. Andorra will face Bosnia and Herzegovina at 10:30, while Greece meets Moldova at 13:00.
