Two goals for the BH team were scored by Nikola Perković and Josip Bošković, and one by Anel Radmilović and Nermin Kahvedžić.
For Sweden, Fehim Smajlović scored twice and Nima Kadivar scored one goal.
In the second match of the group, Russia and Croatia played tie 2:2.
Qualification to the elite round was achieved by two first ranked teams from the group, Croatia and Russia, which won 7 points each. B&H ended the tournament in third place with 3 points, while Sweden was without points.
