The team from Sarajevo scored first via Dejan Debelnogić in the 12’, but Almedin Bundavica equalized three minutes later. Before halftime, Stefan Jokić scored in the 19’, sending GFC Sarajevo to the break with a goal lead.

Edvin Bosnić leveled the score for Bubamara in the 25’, and in the 33’ the Cazin team took the lead for the first time with Faruk Brkanić’s goal. Muanis Duvnjak tied it again in the 35’, but Brkanić (36’) and Bundavica (38’) sealed the victory, and the trophy went to Cazin.

After the final whistle, a winner’s ceremony was held. Members of the FFBiH Competitions Committee, Ivan Frljić and Suad Salibašić, handed out the trophies and medals to the finalists.
