The team from Cazin defeated HMNK Rama 5:1 in the fourth match of the final series, played in Prozor-Rama, securing their third win in the final and successfully defending the championship title.

Scorers for Bubamara were Samir Gosto (6'), Almedin Bundavica (8', 10'), and Sejad Ibrišimović (30', 36'), while the only goal for the home team came through an Ibrišimović own goal in the 13'.

Following the match, trophies and medals were presented to Bubamara players by FFBiH Competitions Committee president and vice president Zuhad Porčić and Ivan Frljić.
