Already in the 1st minute, the BH team gained an advantage. Josip Sesar shot diagonally from the left side, and Davor Arnautović at the other post deflected the ball into the net for 1:0.
Marijo Aladžić shot over the goal from a distance in the 4th minute, and a minute later, Denis Nevedrov didn’t use a good chance for Armenia.
Blago Gašpar, in the 6th minute, sent the ball from the left into the opponent’s six-meter area, and Nikita Khromykh reacted clumsily and deflected it into his own net.
The guests then started with the goalkeeper-player to try to catch up with the result, and the BH national team players took the ball away from them in the first attack, but Nermin Kahvedžić hit the crossbar from his own half.
The game with a surplus still paid off for Armenia in the 8th minute when goalkeeper Luan Muller scored a goal from about ten meters.
Both teams created chances, but Josip Bošković missed an excellent one in the 15th minute when he shot powerfully from ten meters, and Muller kicked the ball into the corner, so by the end of the first half, the score did not change anymore.
The Armenians equalized the score in the 25th minute, when Khromykh finished a counterattack and sent the ball into the net from 7 meters.
A new problem for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team occurred in the 32nd minute when Josip Sesar received a red card for a foul.
Nevredov shot from a good position in the 33rd minute, but hit the post. Samir Gosto failed to score in the 36th minute after a pass of Kahvedžić.
In the same minute, the Armenians made a good counter attack and Lucas Rozenski, assisted by Rodriguinha, turned the score.
However, the guests’ advantage did not last long. Goalkeeper Darko Milanović accurately shot from ten meters for 3:3 in the 37th minute.
Artur Melkonyan scored a goal 27 seconds before the end of the match and brought victory to the Armenians.
Bosnia and Herzegovina will play the next match in the qualifiers against the Czech Republic in Brno on Tuesday, 20th September at 19:00 h.
