A penalty was awarded to England in the opening minute after the ball hit Miloš Radujković’s hand inside the box. Russell Goldstein stepped up for the hosts, but Darko Milanović fortunately made a save. Just three minutes later, goalkeeper Milanović struck a long-range shot and found the opponent's net to give our team an early lead. Samir Gosto delivered a corner in 11th minute, finding Miloš Todorić, who struck precisely from over ten meters out to make it 0:2. Just before the break, Josip Sesar made a brilliant run down the right side and took a precise shot, securing a third goal for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Melher’s team maintained control in the second half, adding another goal in 30th when Milanović once again pushed forward and scored from distance. England responded later in the 38th and 40th minutes with goals from Goldstein and Jake Barnes, respectively. However, just five seconds before the final whistle, Josip Bošković sealed the victory, setting the final score at 2:5.
The final round is scheduled for April 15, when Bosnia and Herzegovina will host Spain in Zenica.
