The women’s futsal national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina gathered at the Hills Hotel in Ilidža, where they will make mini-preparations before the qualifying tournament for the European Championship, which is scheduled for next month.
The BH national team has already done two training sessions, and by the end of the gathering they will do three more.
The head coach Nijaz Mulahmetović says about this gathering:
“After a long time, we gathered, but, unfortunately, we will not play matches in this national team action. So, we will use the time spent here to gain insight into the condition and shape of the players we have invited. The list is somewhat different compared to previous gatherings, because other national teams are in operation, and some players are at the gathering of the “A” national team. This is an opportunity for us to check out some new players, and also for them to show if we can count on them further. This will certainly enable us to expand the base of players before the qualifications that await us in May in Lithuania, where we hope to be able to achieve a qualification for the next round.”
The following players are on Mulahmetović’s list:
Tamara Jandrić (Borac), Nikolina Todorić (Iskra), Jovana Vasić (Borac), Iman Šljivo (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Ana-Marija Ćesić (Inter Posušje), Branka Bagarić (Široki Brijeg), Amina Mujanović (Fortuna), Merima Alibašić (Hittarps IK, Sweden), Arijana Ćesko (Örebro SK, Sweden), Dejana Marković (Radnik Bumerang), Radmila Ždero (Lokomotiva), Nikolina Milović (Crvena Zvezda, Serbia), Sara Brkić (Svartinge SK, Sweden), Slavica Glavota (Široki Brijeg), Valentina Šakotić (Radnik Bumerang).
