“Congratulations to the guys for being able to turn the match and the Swiss for fair and correct game. It turned out that every match should be approached to the maximum. The players seemed to be loosening up a bit and we had problems against Switzerland. We missed the first opportunity and gave the opponent a wing. However, we were able to come back and deservedly win”, Krezo says, adding:

“In the end, we can be satisfied with the tournament, especially considering that the standard players, Marijo Aladžić, Srđan Ivanković, Nermin Kahvedžić and Bilal Jelić, did not play due to injuries. They would certainly have great playing minutes. However, we did invite some new players and they took this opportunity. Even tonight they were able to react when we were under pressure and to reverse the result.”

The head coach also thanked the fans:

“I have to point out that we had a lot of support from the audience throughout the tournament. They carried us tonight after a two-goal gap. Certainly, it was a lot easier for the players to return to the game in such an environment and I thank them for that.”
