Melher: "We’ve got two extremely important matches ahead of us, so there weren’t many changes to the roster. It’s mostly the players who carried the qualifiers, but we also have two new/old names on the list, Bundavica and Džindić. I had an open conversation with them, cleared up some past disagreements, and now they’re here. Everyone needs to understand the national team comes first, and we all have to make sacrifices for the team’s success. Given the importance of these matches, we’ve also sent four preliminary calls this time. I hope all the players come healthy and ready. We’re very close to reaching our goal, and the only thing we should think about are these two duels with Belgium."
The players will gather on Saturday, September 13 at the FFBiH Training camp in Zenica, staying there until departure to Belgium on Wednesday, September 17. The first playoff leg is set for September 19 at 20:00 in Lotto Arena in Antwerp. The return leg will be played on September 24 at 20:00 in Husejin Smajlović sports arena in Zenica.
