The champions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, MNK Hercegovina from Široki Brijeg, will face NV Georgians (Georgia), FC Clic Chisnau (Moldova), and Maccabi Netanya Futsal (Israel) in Group G of the preliminary round.

The Moldovan team will host the Group G tournament from August 20 to 25 this year. The top team will advance to the main round, where they will compete in Group 7 against Luxol St. Andrews (Malta), Lučenec (Slovakia), and the winner of Group C from the preliminary round, which includes Akaa Futsal (Finland), Tirana (Albania), TSV Weilimdorf (Germany), and Isbjorninn (Iceland).
