The seminar was introduced by FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić, followed by sessions covering analysis of the autumn part of the 2025/26 season, instructions on delegate duties, and the regulations on criteria, evaluation, and ranking of delegates. Delegates were also brought up to speed on current changes and updates in the COMET information system and the officials' role in legal and administrative matters.

The program included a knowledge test and concluded with the presentation of the results.

Lecturers were Competitions Committee members Ivan Frljić, Adnan Mujezinović, and Dušan Marković, along with Lejla Hamza-Salihović and Igor Portner from FFBiH administration.
