Coach in the technical staff of the BH futsal team, Mirko Čampara, points out that the match was difficult as expected:

“Behind us is the match with Northern Macedonia for which we were well prepared and we knew it would be difficult. Regardless of the fact that we secured a performance at the EURO earlier, we played very seriously and we managed to win and confirm that we have quality.”

Čampara also adds:

“This generation is adorned by the fact that they have many years of experience both in the futsal and the national team, even though they are young. They have been together for a long time, know each other well and have positive energy. They deserved to go to one big competition and we are all overjoyed that it finally happened.”

About the next match with the Serbian national team, this young expert says:

“Currently, we are eighth on the UEFA ranking list and we have overtaken Serbia, which ranked excellently in previous years. However, they had slightly worse results in these qualifications. They have a great team and come to Zenica under the imperative to make a result that will take them to the European Championship. It is a mitigating circumstance for us that we play without pressure and I hope that we will continue our series and finish the qualifications with the maximum number of points.”

Until the match with Serbia, the BH team will do two more training sessions.
